EVENT REGISTRATION EVW2024
The event is reserved for members of National Vespa Clubs affiliated to the Vespa Club of Italy, European Vespa Clubs affiliated to the Vespa Club Europe, and non-European Vespa Clubs affiliated to the Vespa World Club.
Registration
REGISTRATIONS ITALY
Each member may register independently without any credentials given by the Vespa club to which he or she belongs, by entering personal data and the Vespa club membership code (VCI), and paying by the different methods indicated on the registration form.
FOREIGN REGISTRATION
Members must register through the Vespa club they belong to, which will enter their login credentials for registration and payment of membership fees.
Upon receipt of payment, which must be made within 5 days of registration, a receipt will be sent by e-mail to be kept and presented to the Village accreditation desk.
Registration is open until March 31, 2024
A total of 5,000 entries are available, without subdivision by nationality, so that more countries can attend the event.
The participation fee is the same for anyone at a cost of €80, there are no different fees as all members will benefit from the same services.
The fee includes
1. Event kit delivered in dedicated bag with:
- T-shirt with event logo
- shield band
- commemorative brass plaque (Picchiani & Barlacchi)
- 50×70 event poster
- event postcard
- event logo sticker
- various sponsor gadgets
2. Exclusive village with dedicated parking, exchange exhibition, street food (also for intolerant and coeliacs) fully fenced and guarded 24 hours a day.
3. Mechanics’ area available for any breakages/repair of vehicles, Vespa club area, stage with three evenings of music and entertainment, toilet area with showers.
4. Special and unique Vespa/Ape/Ciao/Moscone Show at the Palaberta.
5. Free registration for the Concours d’Elegance and the relative prize-giving.
6. Possibility of joining the Tours (by prior reservation and against payment).
